We Want to Answer All Your Questions
Do you have a hairstylist and makeup artist or will I be doing my own?
Yes, we have hair and makeup professionals we work with when we need them. However, many of our clients prefer to either do their own or use a hairstylist and makeup artist they’re familiar with. This is your portrait experience and we’re 100% committed to making sure it’s a great one.
How long will it take to get my photos?
2 to 3 weeks. Once we’ve done all the photography, it’ll take our professional editor about a week to choose the best pictures from your photoshoot and make sure they look perfect. Then, it’ll take another week or two for printing, matting, and shipping since all our photographs are custom printed in Italy.
Do I get to choose the pictures I want?
Yes, of course. We will spend the time to choose the 20+ best photos from your photoshoot, professionally edit them, and have them custom printed for your reveal. What you choose to purchase is entirely up to you but it’s our goal that you love and want every portrait we create for you.
Will I get the digital file of my picture?
Yes. Just like with our Creative Portraits and Headshot Portraits, you will receive a full-resolution digital file of every portrait you purchase. So, you’ll get both the printed portrait and the digital file of that portrait.
Can I include my family in this portrait?
Yes. This is your portrait experience so you can include your family and/or friends. It’s all included in your portrait sitting fee with no extra costs.
The experience was like a wild roller coaster ride! I wasn’t sure what to expect when starting the process to create our unique family portrait, but it was so much fun and so easy to work with Jason and Taren! Finally, the BIG Reveal of our portrait was so thrilling and left us awestruck with how perfect it turned out! We couldn’t be happier!
