How to Enhance Tattoos Using Photoshop

I’ve been waiting a long time to try out this Photoshop technique for enhancing tattoos, and I finally got the opportunity.

Today I’m going to show you How to Enhance Tattoos using Photoshop.

Several months ago, as I was going through every video I could find on YouTube about Photoshop, I ran across a video by Michael Herb showing how he enhanced tattoos.

BTW, I highly recommend checking out Michael Herb’s photography because it kicks butt.

Anyway, this simple and fast tip will make any tattoo look 10x better than you’ve ever seen before.

Editorial Portraits

I was asked the other day, “Which do you like doing better? Creating composited Family Portraits? or Editorial Portraits?”

Hands down, I love Editorial Portraits.

While I really dig Composite Photography and all the creative possibilities it offers, there’s something really awesome about a nice, simple portrait.

I guess my old-school film roots are to blame.

That said, however, keeping with my Photillustrator style, my Editorial Portraits are highly edited in Photoshop, giving them dimensionality.

I Want to Hear from You

I have a couple of questions I’m curious to get your feedback on.

  1. What type of photographer are you, or want to be?
  2. What would you like to see in a Photoshop Tutorial?

Leave a comment below and let me know the answers to one, or both of those questions.
